A must have read due to confusing aspects of FMLA that can get you in trouble quickly if you don't follow the rules. What started out as a straight-forward law has turned into a mishmash of regulations, exemptions and exceptions that can keep you guessing and making wrong decisions. As typical for Nolo products, up to date and informative.

This is a great book. I have to admit, I thought it was more for the employee. It is really more for the employer. So if you run a business or are thinking of getting into HR, this is a great guide for you.
