Is is an excellent quick reference guide to the most helpful and useful crystals and gemstones according to a person's sun sign, moon sign, and rising sign as well as including suggested birthday meditations. You might be surprised that one of your favorite stones is a powerful ally specifically for you, or this information could confirm what your intuition and stone working has already indicated to you. I also found it interesting to note crystals I *thought* would be helpful but weren't so much, and this book helps to explain why. This is a useful tool.
