The Craft of Multicolor Knitting (The Scribner Library. Emblem editions)

Barbara Walker's books are the best reference books a knitter can have. They are all packed full of good information that is easy to understand. I use them for reference, inspiration, and to help me translate something that I don't understand in knittintg pattern directions. I like this book very much. There are tips to teach you to change colors without making a jog in your knitting, ideas about how to use color, how to "carry" the yarn as you go, and many more. A great reference book.
