This book helps couple's make sense of why they aren't "getting enough" out of their relationship. Understanding that there are different stages and that the difficult times are a natural progression to a successful, long-term relationship allows people to hang in rather than jump ship. This book explains the journey and might keep some from just starting all over again and again and again--always ending up only half way to where they wanted to arrive.
