Condition not what I had expected

Ordered this book a few weeks ago. When I ordered it, I had selected the New option, as well as paperback. When I received it, it didn’t look very new. Some of the pages were a little warped as well as the back and cover having a lot of scuffs and scratches. I’m content with my purchase, love the book itself, but the claimed condition was a little misleading compared to my actual purchase.
