This large softcover book includes planning forms and great ideas for you to utilize in planning all steps of a remodel. I was not acting as my own contractor on our last remodel and the job went WAY OVER BUDGET!!! This time around I read this helpful book and acted as my own contractor... with confidence! Saved myself a good deal of money and was able to control the situation (to my own benefit).

This was the most useful tool in our remodeling our 5,000 ft2 home. It did not leave any area uncovered. Highly recommend.
