What an excellent book! The Countess shares an abundance of information with readers. I especially enjoyed the sections where Countess LuAnn shared parts of her personal story.. Congratulations Countess!

The Countess has done a great job with manners and class. If you you have manners and treat people well, you will be considered classy and elegant. She does a fine job teaching this in the book.

I , as well, am a big fan of the reality show "The Real Housewives of NYC" and I wanted to read this book to fine-tune my knowledge on etiquette. I believe that proper etiquette does not mean that you are supposed to be an artifical stepford wife. This is my first review and I HAD to write because of the shocking number of angry reviews. I feel if all the personal issues were put aside perhaps one could be open to enjoying this book. Now, I don't know her but I do know when someone is being unfairly attacked. On the other hand, the aforementioned reviewer could be correct about the negative reviews.
