The Catholic Children's Bible, Revised: (paperback)

When you order this Bible, make sure your order doesn't change right before you click submit, that's what happened with me. The Bible is wonderful, ordered it for my 8 year old granddaughter so that we can read the Jesus Calling together and look up the extra bible versus from the same bible and read it together. Sometimes it will be by phone, that's why I did that. The bible is a "Good News" version which is very easy to understand , has lots of pictures. My favorite part is the "Understand it", "Live it"and "Tell it" sections. All three are on the first page of each book of the bible, it helps them understand the scripture story, how you know what the story means for your life and a panel to help you retell the story in their own words. It also has large blank spaces where I will look up and print out coloring pages of that scripture story, tape it to the page for her to color with her coloring pencils, which will make her more interested. The bible I received was in perfect shape, still in plastic. Thank you, Kelly Cantrell
