The Case for Open Borders

Why are there "good immigrants" and "bad immigrants?" Why do the "bad ones" tend to have "brown or black skin?" Did you know that some "immigrants" with "white skin," used to be prevented from living in this country and labeled "brown skinned immigrants?"
