The Cardiac Rhythms: A Systematic Approach to Interpretation

This book is an excellent book to learn and understand cardiac rhythms( and abnormal rhythms) This book gives enough theory to understand the rationale for the abnormal rhythms. The diagrams are good, and the explanations of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems are logical and with good reasoning and applicable to the cardiac system. I felt that this book is well written and organized and I have personally, as a clinician, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, who administers intravenous general anesthetics, learned a great deal from its explanation of abnormal cardiac rhythms (dysrhythmias). I would highly recommend the book for any non cardiac specialist. This is an ideal book for the non cardiac specialist. I have used this book since 1973......I highly recommend this book. Allan M.
