I decided to give this book a crack because I really felt like I was in a rut when it came to managing my business. This book really helped me to see the forest through the trees. I quickly realized that I didn't know anything about the profitability of the products I was selling - I was so caught up running my business, but my business was running me... I have since cut one of my product lines, and replaced it with a new more profitable product line, and have also hired my first staff. I am now trying to test and measure everything, and it's making a big difference. This book has helped me to take my business to the next step.
