I was introduced to Mr Bludso through the BBQ competition show on tv and just love hus attitude, advice, technique explanations. This book is full of heart and amazing, easy to understand recipes. I've tried a couple so far and cannot recommend this book enough. He is so inspiring. Planning a trip to his restaurant soon; I only hope to meet him and thank him.
