Pasta just like you ate in Italy!!

This book is awesome! Once you are ready to make more pasta dishes with a variety of ingredients you are ready for this book. You can make all of the great food that you ate in Italy with no fuss. My only complaint is that some recipies suggest using the oven ready noodles, which I never do, but the ingredients, portion sizes and pictures are perfect. We just made spinach ravioli. Superb! I bought this book so that I could find a ravioli recipe and this book has many. Ditto for lasagne and any other kind of pasta. There's soups, salads..with all kinds of noodles..home made or store bought.
