The Bible for Little Hearts

This is a precious little book! Each page contains one simple Bible Verse with a delightful postcard size picture beside it. The Bible verses are applicaple to teaching and training a young child and are taken from the NIV, Living and NRSV Versions. For example: "Honor your father and mother, that you may have a long, good life Exodus 20:12" and "O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his steadfast love endures forever! Ps 118:1" In the back are delightfully refreshing and simple prayers. My two year old loves this book. The little blessings books are truly a blessing in our home!

I love this book. My husband and I are teaching our children about the lord and how to say prayers. Which becomes a little hard when we know nothing our selfs. We are just learning and this helps us teach them. They are only 1 and 2. But they love these stories.
