The Best of R. A. Torrey

Reuben Archer Torrey (1856-1928) was a noted evangelist, Yale-trained theologian and author; he was also a Congregationalist minister of great renown, the first superintendent of Moody Bible Institute and a close friend of Dwight Lyman Moody himself. This wonderful book is a collection of fifteen of Reverend Torrey's sermons. Covering such subjects as the existence of God, reasons to believe the Bible, and more, this book is a nice look into the theology and preaching style of Reverend Torrey, and a great collection of Christian teachings. I highly recommend this book!
