Vegan Recipes

I love to cook and this is one of the few cookbooks that I own that I keep going back to. The recipes are mostly easy, some are moderate, but all of them creative and unique. This is a truly whole foods cookbook with creative salads, entrees and amazing desserts. The Orange Hazelnut Cake is amazing! I also own volume one, even though it is not vegan. Many of the recipes can be altered to be vegan with a few simple changes. I highly recommend both books! If you are ever in Bridgeport, CT, their restaurant is like a mini-vacation overlooking Long Island Sound and the food is fantastic.
