I love everything from "America's Test Kitchens". Their books are easy to read and follow and they have taken all of the guess work out of making everyday recipes. You end up with the tried and true version and they haven't let me down yet. I received this book just before Christmas and made a dessert from one of the many receipes. It turned out perfect! Keep these books coming!

My cousin watches this TV show and she is now pouring over this cookbook, which I got her for Christmas. She loves it and is thrilled to have all of the recipes in one place. She is truly excited about making the recipes, loves the kitchen equipment reviews and is having a great time with it.

My husband and I own several of the Cook's Illustrated (America's Test Kitchen) cookbooks and the magazine is fab. This is another winner from these great folks. For years my husband showed no interest in cooking. Then he pulled their cookbook America's Test Kitchen's Family Cookbook off the shelf and he was hooked. I highly recommend all their publications.
