I love this book. If you enjoy learning how do things better (or have to get a gift for someone who loves cooking), this is a great book. Highly recommend it!

This book is full of interesting and novel solutions to cooking problems. I read it just for the fun of it and sometimes even remember a solution when I need it. It's a great reference; well worth the money. I bought two extra copies for gifts...maybe for a shower gift in a basket with unique kitchen tools.

I gave one as a Wedding present & included most of the products listed in the book for the young couple to use. This made a very unique gift and was fun to search for items.

Love Cooking Illustrated? You will love this book. This book features the highlights of their quick tips and ideas. This has always been one of my favorite sections of their magazine and this book is filled will all sorts of ideas. The book is seperated into different sections such as by vegetable, and cooking technique. This book is well worth the price for great ideas.
