Heart warming, just a good snuggle up read

I found this author by accident, when you read close to a hundred books a year, finding new ones is few and far between. I'm half way through the series now, fast reads, but touching, warm and just feel good books. Living in south carolina and knowing the beach areas also are a draw for me, stories are good, love the characters, makes me long for a Dixie in my life.
