Rhiannon Fairfax believes everything should be calm and orderly. And she's made a career out of ensuring that other people's lives are perfect. Then billionaire Lee Richardson hires her. Stormy, complex and autocratic, he needs a wife--and he wants Rhiannon Swept out of her sensible shoes, Rhiannon agrees. But as secrets begin to emerge, she wonders if she can trust her new husband....
I liked Rhiannon and Lee...considering that he (Lee)was obscenely rich he wasn't arrogant with it or a ridiculous alpha male type, he was actually approachable. Rhiannon was a down to earth character not whining or simpering miss. I thought the first meeting between the two was rather cute in the back of the cab....with an instant attraction on both their parts but neither pursued the interest...... and then some years after the initial meeting they meet again under different circumstances each having the burdens of their individual families weighing them down, and clouding yet another opportunity for them to be together...but through all the nonsense and drama of their families and their lives they do become friends and eventually lovers. This was a book that I liked because the plot developed on a realistic level and both the hero and the heroine are strong down to earth people they complement the other....I haven't read many of Ms. Armstrong's books but I have to say I love this one and recommended as a quick read.
