May work in a certain circuit.

I initially bought this book for a friend who believes he has "game". This book was meant for entertainment purposes only. For the most part, this book has served as just that, however I must note the reading was indeed interesting and the content was not only entertaining but informative. It gave insight into what SOME brothas may believe are valid rules to picking up women. As a woman who is educated and finally independent, I would more than likely classify myself per the book as "top notch" with a bit of "round the way girl" qualities. In all honesty, if a man like Tariq 'K-Flex" Nasheed approached me, I would be completely turned off. His whole presentation is WRONG and unappealing. The photos on the book depict him wearing gaudy jewelry, a cheap version of a Steve Harvey suit and a walking cane (pimp stereotype anyone). The women on the cover of the book look as if they are low budget video models; more than likely the prototypes of the women he is gearing this book towards. In some circuits, this brotha would be "DA MAN" to chicken heads, and hood rats alike, but to a woman like me, he is a step above Flava Flav. The most humorous part of this "instructional guide" would be the section encompassing the rebuttals for "when a woman says no". If a woman chooses to have sex with you, I can assure you it is not because you "macked her out of the drawers". For the record fellas, a woman knows IF she is going to have sex with you, within the first few minutes of meeting you. No verbal skills, or "mack" soliloquy needed. I will give "K-Flex" some credit, he correctly applied the Freudian theory of oral fixations to behavior exhibited in women that should be a red flag. There is some issue with his stereotyping of what he deems as his "perfect woman" (the looks of Halle Berry, good hair, big breasts etc.) There is no reference to personality, morality or intellectual astuteness. Then again, a brotha who refers to himself as "K-Flex", is probably less concerned with academic smarts than he is with the BOOTY. If you are a regular at the neighborhood club, you reflect the negative values of very urban areas (read GHETTOS) and you are not looking for a stable relationship with a REAL woman (a woman who is NOT materialistic, ghetto fabulous, non-educated, ALIZE sipping, "HEY THAT'S MY JAM" screaming, I get my hair and nails did, no goal having, etc.) then this book will definitely assist you. For those who are not seeking the aforementioned, this book will serve as a hilarious offering to a monotonous work day. I routinely pull this book out for laughs during a stressful day!

Tested and Passed

Excellent book. A little corny at times but overall this dude is on point. Definitely worth the read for entertainment purposes alone. I wish I could have read this at 18. I know some females that didn't believe his techniques would work. But I have practiced some of the theory and it works. I wasn't really feelin his scripts for layin rap on the ladies but I am east coast and he's on the west. If nothing else Tariq shows that he understands the female mind even better then females understand themselves.

whoa.

Bought this book about 2 weeks ago it sat around for a bit and i picked it up and couldn't put it down. most of the knowledge he gives you is common sense and i was doing most of it naturally but by reading his book i saw the holes in my own game. I already had the ability to "peep game" on instincts alone he just refined it for me. Closing "was" the weakest aspect of my but not anymore. I laughed at parts of it b/c it was the truth, i had observed or been in all of the situations he talked about and b/c of my ignorance to the game i made fatal mistakes. More than anything this book helps you to refine your game or "sharpen" your sword so to speak. Felt like kickin my own @$$ for some of the mistakes i made that were outlined in his book. thanks K-flex for keepin it real and "coaching" a brother who just needed some instruction. "A man who cannot believe in himself wastes his hard work"

the game put into perspective

I thought that this book was phenomenal. I've read it time and again, it takes your game and shows how to negotiate it properly. I am now using mackin' powers I never new I had. K-flex teaches you how to make women all but beg you to use them. So instead of shooting in the dark and looking desperate, you will know exactly which angle to go for each woman. Take it, study it, use it. And the key word is confidence. K-flex gave me a new-found respect for gold-diggers, because a true gold-digger know's and understands the game. This book will give you "the magic word" for getting the draws. So no matter your mack status this book will definately help you out. Even if you are already with that special someone, it can still teach you how to deal with her properly.

One of the best books I have ever read

I picked up the book and completed it in three hours it was amazing how the Tariq explains the game of macking. It is just the little things that you do and don't the separate the macks from the everyday square brothers. After I read the book I started contemplating on past relationships and saw where things started going wrong. Then I went back to see about when I met a women for the first time and the things that I said that put me into the categories that were listed in the book (Square/Professional). The author does men a huge favor by breaking things down on how to protect yourself from some of the female predators that exist in our society. Well all I have to say is Tariq keep up the good work, because I defintely appreciate it and everything you have written is true.
