Great read for lazy summer days!

I had never read anything by Patricia Little. Now, I'm sure to pick up all she puts out including going back and getting the first book in this series, The Angel's Cup. I thoroughly enjoyed this book - a perfect blending of mystery, suspense, paranormal and romance. Michael is to die for - imagine a man from the 20s sharing our time - what a gentleman! Amanda is feisty and knows how to take care of herself. Do yourself a favor - pick up this book - it's well worth your time and money.

Fabulous

Once again, Patricia Little has produced a wonderfully, entertaining novel. Ms.Little brings a unique and interesting background into her novel, blending the past with the present. The transition from an historical event,Morro Castle luxury liner, that occurred over seventy years ago and the mysterious stone that could be the key to strangely occurring events in the present are thrilling to say the least. The story line is certainly captivating with the many subplots. I really enjoyed this novel and highly recommend it. I loaned the Angel's Key to a co-worker, Becky, and her comment was: "This novel is Patricia Little's best novel". "I can't wait for a third novel."

Great blend of suspense, romance and the supernatural.

This is a captivating story with a wonderful blend of suspense, romance with ties to the past and present, intermingled with the supernatural. Once you get started reading you keep on reading anxiously wondering what will happen next. I have always enjoyed stories that, as you read, transport you to the scene and engage you. As I read The Angel's Key I found myself right at Pittock Mansion! Also, I was not aware of the actual incident involving the ship Morro Castle but here I was witnessing the great tragedy. It all comes together in a great story, which could surely make a fantastic movie! The Angel's Key gets a 5-star rating from me. Looking forward to Patricia Little's next book!

An exceptional suspense novel of love at it's best...

THE ANGEL'S KEY Author: Patricia Little The Angel's Key is an exceptional read, and well worth recommending. I read several novels per month, and The Angel's Key captivated me, and kept me engrossed in it until the end. There are complex subplots, yet written in such a way that keeps the reader turning the pages, waiting to see what happens next. The mix of guardian angels and their human interactions was very well written, humorous at times (some angels take longer than others to get the hang of it), and extremely touching. I especially enjoyed the how the story was interwoven from three perspectives, the first life and death of Michael, the life and near deaths of Amanda, and the angel's part in each of the incidents - then it all comes together like a thunderhead in the end. I plan to purchase the first novel "The Angel's Cup" and look forward to the next one from Patricia Little. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of reviewing THE ANGEL'S KEY. Her best yet!

This is the second book by Patricia Little I have read, and I can't wait for the next. The Angel's Key surpasses the expectations I had, and I greatly enjoyed her first book, The Angel's Cup. The Angel's Key begins with an incredible action sequence and mystery in the past, then takes us to the present. A new mystery unfolds involving the main character, Amanda, and her miraculous survival of a deadly car crash. She soon has to try to discover why she suddenly posseses very unusual powers. The past and present come together as the story unfolds with several twists and turns. Time is of the essence, because of a deadly force that threatens all who are involved with Amanda. I loved it!
