A good textbook, but expensive!

Pretty good, compared to other textbooks in history classes I've had. it's well written, and the illustrations are good. like all textbooks, it's expenseive! try to buy a used copy.

i read some of this book for a class.. but it is well written.. but its history,,,, so its boring.. u know?

The reading structure allow the reader to visualize and understand American History from outside and inside. Wonderful maps, statistical charts, great photos, and a very good section titled: historical question.
