The Advocates

An excellent book for someone who is fairly new in understanding and learning how to "stand in the gap" and pray for others who are enduring the tempest of storms! Highly recommend it! A wonderful book to read!

The Advocates by Eddie and Alice Smith is one of my most cherished possessions. I have learned much about prayer and intercession from the pages of this book. It has taught me how to prepare and plead the case of others in prayer; how to approach the courtroom of God and defeat our adversary before the thrown. The last chapter in this book is dynamic in that it teaches us the difference between purpose-driven prayer and problem-centered prayer.

Once again Eddie and Alice Smith provide the Body of Christ with insight that can only come from an intimate relationship with the Lord and a profound knowledge of the Word. But they don't leave you just with that,but walk you through the practical application of presenting your case before a Holy God. Great book for all who love to pray and intercede.

I loved this book, it has many new insights to the prayer warior or intercessor. It is an easy read and once I started to read it , it was hard to put it down.
