I like this book because its practical for both person with adhd and their spouse. It can work if both couples have adhd or only one. Although it reads in terms of the "man" having adhd..it also applies if it is a women with adhd. The author is a women married to a man with ADHD. Ever felt frustrated, exhausted, wondering why everything your doing is not working with your spouse? If you feel like a mother to your husband or fight about chores this will help alot. If you feel you cant trust your spouse and took on majority of the responsibilities (burnout)...this will help you get right resources. Driven to Distractions and Executive Function difficulties in Adults are my other 2 recommendations for books for adults. Most books talk more about signs and symptoms but this one actually gives solutions.
