Having ideas how to recognize employees when they go "the extra mile" to provide care is priceless. This book provides many ideas to help recognize staff which are a business' most valuable asset.

Good ideas for those that need inspiration. A handy reference for low budget ideas that really do work. If you've ever underestimated the power of a handwritten note or cup of coffee as a reward, you need to read this book!

Many great ideas. Using them in my current mgmt situation turned the department around. I work for the cheapest company in the world that treats their people like they don't deserve to work there. Financially they won't back my efforts at all, but hey, it's my career so I don't mind spending a little. The book is inspiring and well written. They have 2 other books related to this, but I didn't buy them b/c glancing through them they appear to not offer what this book does. Good hardcare information.

There is no question that this volume will have an impact on readers and the organizations they serve. Even just modest application of the knowledge found in this tool chest will return many more times the investment of the purchase and the time to read all that the authors share.Highly recommended.
