Physical Science, Grades 5 - 12 (The 100+ Series™)

The book offers various worksheets on the most common topics covered in any high school physical science class. Worksheets are also useful and suitable for entery level physics and chemistry courses. They are a life saver because they save hours of worksheet creation time.

I use this book almost every week. I have found that the exercises are simple enough for bellwork and flexible enough for homework or even to use as quizzes. The selection of material closely matches our curriculum and includes multiple graphing and word problems on topics like: forces, measurement, motion, heat, fluids, electricity, waves, atomic structure, periodic trends, forming compounds, predicting reactions, balancing equations, and more....My only complaint would be that the text is several years old and some of the examples and units could be updated to 2007 standards. (like $/kwh or the word "record player") But 99% is good, undated, useful info. Perhaps a newer edition will be out to solve this tiny complaint.
