Really Enjoyed It

I wasn't sure if this book was going to be gimmicky or good, but I found it to be really inspirational, well thought out and easy to follow. It helped me really get back in a positive frame of mind and motivated me to make exercise and dietary changes that weren't very difficult.

Great book to read for the positive minded person. I love reading all of jon gordon's books especially The Energy Bus: 10 Rules to Fuel Your Life, Work, and Team with Positive Energy

great gift for busy people
