Texas Tapestry

This cookbook is one of my stash that I pull out regularly. I have several favorites I make over and over again plus I check it out often for new dishes to try. My sister in-law was one of three women who tested every recipe submitted for the book. The recipes are accurate, fool-proof and delicious. I have given it as a gift several times and always hear back from friends how much they like the book too! Some of my favorite recipes are, "Black Bean Salsa," "Texas Tortilla Soup" and "Southern Sweet Potato Casserole."
