The dying Snow Queen wants a flying bear for her daughter who is to be queen. When Temmi, a young inuit boy, discovers this he is outraged and sets off to save the bear.When he arrives at the Ice Palace he unravels lots of secrets, which include plans to assasinate the queen. With the help of some gnomes he manages to melt the new queen's heart and help her to escape. He takes her back to his village where a big surprise awaits her.
