This book must be a joke.

Come on, meditation is a religion? And from the same publisher as "The Truth About Dungeons and Dragons," where it is claimed D & D spells actually work?! This is obviously a joke, and people are missing it. I don't give it five stars because it is rather pricey for the amount of material present. The author also fails to point out he harmful effects of an all-pizza diet on children.
