Teach Yourself Visually Mac OS X Tiger

I am new to the Mac world. I had a PC and could not get around very well on it. Now I have a Macbook and love it! This book is fantastic. It shows you step by step with pictures how to do a task. With this book I was able to set-up my Macbook the way I wanted, organize i-tunes, surf, create files etc.... This book is worth the money for the beginner or even the experienced Mac nut. Super easy to use. Don't buy a book too technical to understand, "Teach Yourself VISUALLY Mac OS X Tiger" is the only way to go. You won't be sorry.

This book is great. My first computer and an Apple. Never touched any kind of computer before this and starting rather late in life. I'm amazed....I learned with this book and Apple's great phone Tech support. Much less intimidating than wading through pages of text. I will do that eventually, but this gave me a great start.

To see instructions that are being read helps tremendously in understanding. Those of us who are older need all the help we can get. This book fills the bill.
