I just got this book and a lot of the recipes look good. I was so impressed with it that I ordered the previous edition. Recipes from home cooks are always the best. I need the carb counting included.
Smaller but Dynamic

This cookbook is smaller in size than a 'regular' size cookbook. Not in pages or recipes, just in size. Of all the cookbooks I own, this one is in my top 5 of favorites. Recognizable dish names, not a lot of ingredients and the recipes are tried and true. Most of the recipes have pictures, and the instructions are easy to follow. There is a recipe on every page, and I'm sure this will become one of your favorites too.
