Talk Easy, Listen Hard is a great book for helping different personalities learn how to communicate and how to "love" them through their love language. It is very helpful for couples to learn to understand their mates and how to encourage them. However, it is also very helpful to learn how to understand and talk to your child or co-worker who is a totally different personality type than you are. The helps and tips at the end of each chapter help you to carry out in practical way how to use what you just read.

Nancy has a wonderful way of breaking down communication into skills that all of us can attain. She examines personality traits and love languages and how they both contribute to listening and speaking. This book was extremely helpful and a fresh new look into communicating with our spouse.
