I have never read any books by this author before, but when I started it, I couldn't stop until I was finished. Lily and Travis are very likeable characters, and I was rooting for them from the beginning. They had chemistry, friendship, and history going for them. This story was also very emotionally charged, and gave us all a chance to walk in someone else's shoes for a few hours. We were given an inside look into how thoughtless words and actions can impact a persons life long term. I for one am glad the author did not gloss over the hard stuff because the story wouldn't have been the same great quality if she did. Spicy, hot, and very well written. I will happily add it to my collection.

Wow!! I had the hardest time putting it down. Lily is our plus size heroine, and when dressed in her sister's designer creations she becomes a stunningly beautiful woman. Her new beauty awakens deep passions within her, and she finds courage to say and do what she may never have before. Travis, our sexy hero, has known Lily his entire life but has never treated her well. He prefers the skinny model types, and has never had a problem meeting and bedding women. They cross paths at a fashion show, where Travis instantly becomes attracted to her. Although Lily responds to him, she does not fawn over him like the women he is used to dating. Why? Travis's brother Luke (and best friend to Lily) suggests to Lily that she play with Travis's ego, and the story really takes off. Travis and Lily mix business with pleasure on a business trip to Italy, and Lily really gives Travis something to desire as she plays out a few of her fantasies. (Hot, hot, hot!) Travis realizes that many men find Lily attractive, and is forced to deal with feelings and desires that are new to him - including jealousy. I love how the author has him deal with it. While fearful and confused, he chooses to embrace these new feelings for her to see what they mean. She makes him feel loved and alive, something he hasn't felt in many years. The story moves back to the U.S. for its wonderful conclusion. I loved this book!! This book is a very steamy romance novel with a great story. It had more sex scenes than the average spicy romance novel (and spicier too!), though it is not a pure erotica book either. This is a great story with much romance, passion and personal discovery. Very well done! I love this author, and I can't wait for more from her.

This is the first book I have read of Bella Andre's. AND IT IS ONE HOT BOOK! Lily Ellis is a size 16 and has plenty of curves. She does a favor for her sister last minute, modeling a plus size dress for a show. Lily has a best friend, Luke Carson since childhood. She wants him there for support. Her sister calls him for her but Luke is called into the ER and enlists his identical twin brother, Travis to be there in his seat. No one can tell them apart - they thought - except for Lily. Lily feels so special in the dress that her sister designed and with her face all professionally made up. She spots Travis right away. Background: Lily always had a crush on Travis. Lily and the twins were close growing up til Travis' mom died when he was 10. Lily tried to console him as her own mother died before Travis' did. But Travis not only pushed her away, he was mean to her. Grown up, Travis always had the perfect size 4 model on his arm and Lily was determined to have a fling with him so she would always have something to remember. Travis sees Lily and cannot believe it is her. He still does not like her but is sexually attracted to her and has to have her. Lily is one hot tamale as Travis finds out. After the encounter, Luke guesses what happened and comes up with a plan to make Travis really want Lily and boy does it work. Luke tells his brother that Lily met someone at the show and their sexual encounter was not so great - in other words - the man was so-so. Travis is shocked and can't believe it as Lily responded to him unbelievably. So he decides to seduce Lily to prove he is still quite the stud. He takes her to Tuscany with the pretext of shopping for one of his clients to furnish their house. Lily and Luke's plan works perfectly and Travis falls for Lily and he explains why he turned on her after his mother died. Good story and if you like a hot tale, this is for you.

This was one hot read. The characters were real and enjoyable. I liked that Lily was not your typical heroine. She was overweight, and she thought she wasn't pretty. In the end of this book she found herself and realized her true worth. The chemistry betweeen Travis and Lily was electrifying. These were the hottest love scenes I have read yet. I just loved Travis. Once he realized he loved Lily, he was the sweetest; patient and kind. This book was a very fast read. I happily add this book to my collection.

Hot plus sized woman who's fragile from being ignored and dismissed by the man of her dreams. CHECK. Sexy playboy about to get a reality check and his comeuppance. CHECK. Tons of chemistry, a believable romance (!), and steamy sex. CHECK. Sick of reading about perfect size zero fashionistas who live in NY and really have nothing more to worry about than which pair of $700 shoes to wear tonight? Me, too. This is not one of those books. I couldn't put it down, and I can't wait for next one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
