Super Nutrition for Babies, Revised Edition: The Best Way to Nourish Your Baby from Birth to 24 Months

I read this book on recommendation from a crunchy mom's group and couldn't put it down! It leans heavily on the Weston A Price dietary suggestions, and is completely opposite the baby cereal to jarred/cooked purees that are now standard. I found a lot of wisdom in the explanations of why certain foods were chosen or discarded. There were some good recipes inside. There is a section on vaccination which sways more to the harms than benefits, but even someone who believes in a strict CDC recommend schedule can bypass that portion of the readings and still have a wonderful weaning experience. I appreciated this book immensely and wish I had relied more on this way of thinking when introducing my first child to solids 6 years ago.
