Enlarges Perspectives on Nation Grown Too Large, Too Fast

Having swallowed "Stuffed" in two greedy gulps, feel like a kindred spirit to Cardello. Having worked with numerous F & B companies looking to help Americans get smaller and healthier, I winced with recognition at the uphill battle that is combating "corporate schizophrenia" [especially Cardello's "Sprout" tale of no-go woe.] But change is happening... If you want the inside dope on the real problems and the real solutions for moving health & wellness forward in the real world of big business, "Stuffed" is a must read.

Finally A Pragmatic Solution to the Obeisity Epidemic!

This book is a tour de force and a must read for policy makers, public health officials, business executives, and parents. Cardello does a masterful job of laying out the issues in a lucid and cogent framework. He helps the reader understand the rationale for why we are where we are, and offers pragmatic, impactful solutions. He does not seek to demonize the food industry, but instead elegantly demosntrates how the food industry can provide healthier foods while improving the bottom line. It is so refreshing to read a well-written, thoughtful, engaging and smart book.

Stuffed

Mr Cardello offers practical and common sense solutions to the worldwide obesity problem. Rather than playing the blame game, Mr Cardello clearly identifies the many contributors to the obesity crisis and offers a logical and comprehensive solution that provides wins for all stakeholders. The book is written in a style that allows the reader to visualise and "feel" the positions of all the related parties; consumers, the food business and government. Most important of all, Mr Cardello makes sense of a serious obstacle facing modern societies everywhere.

stuffed

Mr. Cardello has the ability to speak to the reader on many levels. His knowledge of the food industry is extraordinary and his reasoning is sound. Food companies and consumers would both benefit by following the guidelines laid out in Stuffed. I always considered myself an informed shopper, after reading Stuffed I see how some of my choices have been manipulated by the multi billions of dollars spent on marketing. RJ Franks, NJ

"Super Size Me"...but with some real brains behind it.

"Stuffed" is for anyone that has wondered why the "small" drink at the movie theatre feels more like a bucket than a cup or why the 9-piece chicken McNugget quietly became the 10-piece. "Stuffed" does a great job of pulling back the curtain on the food industry and what they're doing to keep consumers on our toes. This is not a diet book, but it's a great read from a real industry indsider if you want to learn how to make better food choices without going crazy and becoming a vegan.
