The odds are that stroke happens to just about every family sooner or later. To help any family to deal with it, this is the book to have. Learn who might be stroke-prone and what your role in the hospital should be. Highly recommended. In fact, get it BEFORE you need it.

I really like this book. I keep several copies on hand, and when I hear of someone with coping with a stroke in the family I have one to give to them right away.

I found this book after my mother suffered her first stroke. I only wish I had found it earlier, it would have saved me a lot of frustration. I didn't understand what my mom was going through or her thoughts. The book opened my eyes.
