This book, part of a series of 'Staying Sane' through some of the common experiences of life features a series of stories/articles/essays or whatever you'd call them from people who've 'been there, done that, and made every other mistake as well.' The editors of this book are female. Most of the articles are by females, and I feel obligated to make a make comment or two. First and perhaps second, third and fourth -- This is not your place, so I'll offer a few guidelines. Your whole life will go better if you: . Show up when you're told. . Wear what you're told. . Stand where you're told. . Promptly handle the emergency tasks you're given. . Stay reasonably sober. . Remain calm when hurricane Ernesto blows in on your outdoor wedding. . Don't try to help the groom make a getaway if he suddenly comes to his senses and decides to flee. If you're experienced with weddings, the next one will be different, this book will give you a lot of humor. If you're new to the game, there is more truth here than you would expect.
