This book and and audiotape explains in plain language how you can get ride of your trubles of problemdrinking. Dr Maultsby has the advantage to be a MD. He explains how the brain functions and how your body has trouble when sobering up. And then you have to get ride of your habit too. So it's both body and mind.Very useful!
