The book was used by my local community college for a standardized course (IAI: CS 911). The authors did a great job presenting the material. Concepts are described followed by an explanation of typical questions or common mistakes. I found myself thinking "what would happen if..." and then having that question answered in the next paragraph! The book discusses concepts in fine detail that other technical books often gloss over or skip.

I can't say much about the content of the book. It has what is required for the class. The condition in which it was delivered was very good. Very careful.

This book pretty much made my C++ class bearable. It's well index, which is handy when you need to look up a function. The tables are very useful and well layed out. If I cared more about programming, I might have more things to say about it.
