the information is expansive - not too long-winded, but brimmimg with helpful details. The format, or layout, of the book is excellent - very appealing, Had my textbooks been presented like this all those years ago, I might have read them. I want to start a cleaning service that will consist of me as employee,employer, CEO, etc., and was skeptical about this book being relevant to such an enterprise. It was. I had many questions about where in the world to begin, then exactly how to proceed successfully from there. If there was ever a newby...This book fits the bill for me -- addresses all the issues anyone could possibly have about starting up a cleaning business.
