A very good book for getting up to speed quickly - the examples are clearly laid out and meaningful- just a shame that none of the examples and sample data that the book and CD says are on the CD are actually on the CD

The book concentrates on the SQL functions that most people are likely to need, without getting highly technical about obscure, little-used features.
