I teach elementary art, and this is a great book to use with my kindergarteners and first graders. These children are just learning to read, and they enjoy reading the simple text along with me. They also enjoy searching for the dog in each painting. Some pictures are harder than others, so it provides a good challenge. The kids like this book. They usually ask me to read it again!
