It's a shame that EAS and Bill Phillips ended the Sports Supplement review. This was one of the few guides out there that actually provided honest, unbiased assessments of the stuff out there (e.g., creatine, taurine, mexican yam, etc.). At one point everything was trial-and-error and it was all a big mystery as to what really worked and what was just plain hype. This book sorted that all out. Sure, this guide was written by the owners of a company that actually makes supplements to be sold, but they didn't try to hide this fact at all. While Bill's book "Body for Life" did exceptionally well and changed lives by transforming fatties into slim-bodied beach-goers by using a proper diet his bodybuilding arm began to neglect its higher quality publications. I'm so glad to have nabbed a copy of the 4th and last issue.
