sports power

this is a sports conditioning book,true.but I have used a lot of these programs in my rehab from a stroke to great benefit as an all around functionality program to great benefit.

if you're a power athlete, this book is a must have

If you play power-based sports or like to train with power/explosive or max strength exercises this book is a must have to learn about how to build and structure an effective and efficient workout program. I've had the opportunity to take a few education workshops on developing speed, power and explosive exercise sessions with Dave and they've been awesome
