You should use the book "What your First or Second Grader Should Know by Hirsch" first and just use the Test Prep to reinforce test-taking skills. There are examples and timed exercises. Subjects include reading, math and an answer key is included. You should sit down with your child when going over this Test Preparation guide to describe and discuss test taking tips. It's great to cover the multiple choice question technique.I use this as added practice for test prep to get her familiar with standarized tests and Spectrum is the Nation's #1 school testing company.
