Total waste of money.

Half the book is explaining what a sous vide does as if you don't already know. The other half calls for ingredients I have never heard of and all ingredients are listed in grams. Ingredients include: Sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP), ocean salt water, tomato glue, narrows leaf new, hamburger feet and bones, fit salt, overwhelming cream, green tobiko, dried sound leaf, yuzu juice. On and on and on - save your money is my advice.
