McCoy's book can help anyone get through a divorce

I was a bit skeptical when I started thumbing through the pages at the library. The book was published in 1987 and I figured that most, if not all, of the information (psychologically speaking) would be out-of-date. I was wrong. McCoy doesn't talk down to her readers. She offers common sense advice with respect to dealing with feelings of guilt and loneliness as well as more practical matters like balancing the checkbook and finding daycare for the kids. Many chapters ask searching, personal questions and are a good starting point for introspection and self-examination.
