Small Batch Baking for Chocolate Lo

I have baked three desserts from this recipe book so far. Mint Brownie Pudding Cakes, Morning Glory Muffins, and Chocolate Mousse. But...I have numerous pages marked in this book. I love this book because I can have the enjoyment of baking, but yet not have desserts in the house for a week that I feel like I need to eat to avoid them going to waste. So it's a perfect book if you are trying to watch how much you are eating. It's the perfect book if you like just a little bit of dessert. It's the perfect book if it's just you or maybe you and your significant other. It's actually even perfect if it's not just you, but you're not sharing with the rest of the family.
